Product Introduction
SWS160/182-NWD is a multi motor transverse arrangement,airborne Short Wall Coal Shearer which can be matched with single prop, hinged top beam,suspended support and be used in short wall fully mechanized mining and fully mechanized working face.Total power is 182kW.According to the working face corollary equipment and the structure of the tunnel,the coal shearer can be rotary feeding, can also be beveling feeding in the conveyor head or tail.
The machine is made up of tractive unit,cutting unit,electric control cabinet (which can be placed in the tunnel after disassembly),walking box, rack oil cylinder,supporting leg, other auxiliary devices, parts, oil pipes, water pipes, cables, etc.
In order to facilitate the transportation of the haulage unit and cutting unit (fixed part) dry docking,each junction surface is positioned with twoφ120 cylindrical pins.The main body of the coal shearer is composed of high strength self-made M30 screw arbor.The meshing of the rack cylinder and the rotary gear drives the cutting part to rotate,adapt the change of mining height.The rollers are placed at output terminals of the cutting unit to finish the loading and dropping coal operation.
Travel unit is fixed on the traction unit housing by 12 M24high strength screw bolt,1 positioning spigot and 2φ40 cylindrical pins.The travel wheels are meshed with pin rows,complete the left and right traction of assembling unit.
The supporting component is fixed under the main body of the coal shearer through the positioning pin.The bearing assembly and the guide slide shoes on the travel unit bear the weight of the whole machine.
Operation Principle
The coal shearer is supported by the two groups of supporting components on the coal wall side and the two guide sliding shoes on the operating side respectively.The walking wheel in the walking box is meshed with the conveyor pin rail.When the walking wheel rotates,coal shearer will forward or reverse traction in the working face of conveyor.At the same time, the cutting motor drives the roller to rotate by cutting mechanical transmission to finish the loading and dropping coal operation.
Technical Features
*The machine uses the short wall type and external loading coal shearer structure.Suitable for short wall working face.
*The machine body width is 988mm,shorter than the same domestic models200-400mm.It can effectively shorten the coal mining working face unsupported roof distance.It is better adaptability for the roof instability or moderate stability of the working face.
*The length of the whole machine is 4200 (outside the machine load is up to 3600), especially apply for the short wall working face.
*In the transmission system design of the whole machine, many places used our company patent design of the full complement cylindrical roller bearing which can save space for the overall design and enhance the reliability at the same time.
*In order to be able to adapt to frequent moving surface operations, the machine parts in the design of the spirit is easy disassembly, the weight of all individual components is not more than 1.5 tons to design and manufacture.
*The safety clutch mechanism and the shear pin are arranged in the transmission system of the cutting unit.So when impact overload,transmission parts are not damaged,to provide convenience for maintenance.
*The whole machine adopts modular design, each module unit adopts dry butt joint.
*At the end of the cutting unit, the planetary reducer is used to output, which is safe and reliable, and can reduce the dimension of the drive part.
