1.Introduction
EUPS efficient ultrafine pulp screen is a new type of dewatering and classification equipment for ultrafine materials (0.045 - 3mm). Because of the patent technology that the screw and centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the drum, the dewatering area and screening efficiency of the screen increased, which greatly improves the dewatering, desliming and thickening effect.
2.Working Principle
After the material enters the drum from the feeding pipe of the screen, it is propelled by the spiral in the drum to the end, so that the material can contact fully with the screen surface. In this process, the material is divided into two kinds of products, the oversized and undersized product. The outside of the drum is equipped with a water spraying device, and the inside of the drum is equipped with the same device to clean the inner screen plate surface, so as to ensure that the screen does not clog up and the material repumping. Using frequency converter to control the cylinder speed to achieve the best desliming state.
