Single hydraulic prop is the mining supporting equipment, mainly used for blasting mining and advanced conventional working face back roof support as well as the comprehensive mechanized coal T-junction support.
DWX single hydraulic prop is a new generation of monomer support products, due to its large carrying capacity, the partial load ability, widely uses and so on, can be used in both thin coal seam and thick seam.

Technical Features
1.No Arc Weld
The following problems may happen if the pillar uses arc weld:
First, it’s difficult to ensure the weld quality, so it’s common that leakage appears around the commissure; second the arc weld weakened the strength and reliability of the plunger. So the DWX pillar actually avoids roof caving accidents caused by weld fracture.
2.Seal-compensation and Seal-swelling
The sealed points of the prop which uses seal-compensation and seal-swelling technique can effectively compensate under the seal worning condition. And can contain the seal-compensation state while facing the back roof pressure or under pressure support.
On the other side, all the sealed points mentioned above are external, so if any leakage happens, it can be observed directly by eyes. Then we can infuse the infusion or replace it in time, to ensure the roof can be perfectly supported and cleanup empty-propping hazard.
3.The Position of Three-use Valve
The three use valve of DWX pillar is installed in the valve body, when the plunger rises the valve holds its position and when the DZ pillar rises, the valve will follow up, as well as the hand of the operator. However, for the thick seam mining, It’s not just increases the operation difficulty but also the dangerous of the workers. So it’s very likely to cause harm to the operators. While type DWX pillar can avoid the danger caused by the three use valve.

1.Security Benefits
By improving the safety performance of the pillar; the cost saved by less casualties’ accident will be inestimable.
By the suspending plugging principle, suspension force is four fifths of the working resistance, and pillar stress is only one fifth so the stability and security of pillar are improved, stability coefficient reached 5 and the safety coefficient reached 3.
2.Less Spare-parts Demand and Fewer Repairs
Taking a 100mm working face as an example, the DZ pillars will be easy to leak and bend. In order to maintain normal production, a certain number of reserves must be ensured. But for the DWX pillar, with its low damage rate and applicability, can certainly reduce the spare reserves quantity, so that save a lot of money.
