Introduction
H0001-E type electrical Load-haul-dump Machine(short for LHD), also called underground loader, or scooptram loader, is mainly used for loading and transporting ores and rocks after blasting developing in underground mine, also it can be used for railway construction, highway construction and tunneling engineering construction. It’s especially good for tough working conditions like narrow, low and muddy working planes.
The power system of H0001-E adopts AC motor unit with 380V, 45KW power supply. Transmission system consists of liquid controlled variable pump - constant displacement motor - transmission gear box - front and rear axles - four rubber wheels. Cable wrapping system adopts hydraulic control mode, which can ensure stable cable drawing in and out. The working system uses pilot liquid controlled method, which can make the operation of LHD easier, more effective and lower failure. By using the friction disc brake, the emergency stop starts from spring braking, hydraulic power brake release and sudden brake if power failure, reliable and safe.
